Council develops 40 one-bedroom units for elderly in Henderson
Auckland’s urban development agency, Panuku Development Auckland, has announced plans for 40 one-bedroom units for older people at Wilshire Village in Henderson. Panuku will lead the ongoing development of the housing for older people portfolio, working with The Selwyn Foundation and the partnership and ensuring that the location and quality of the new homes address the needs of older people.
